Resistance

Resistance
The Resistance is a highly organized insurgency, waging a long-running and intractable guerrilla war against the Authority. Active in every major city and ubran sprawl, its cells specialize in sabotage and violent terror.
The Resistance demands an end the Authority’s monopoly on fusion energy, insisting that power — literal and political — belongs to the people.
The Resistance recruits indiscriminately. Children, the desperate, the discarded — all are weaponized in the struggle. Suicide bombings, mass casualty attacks, and targeted killings are routine.
While vilified as terrorists, the Resistance’s cause still resonates with the millions who live in poverty under Authority rule.

“In their final moments, they quell the children’s fear, poised to either steady their trembling hearts or ignite the bomb themselves.”

“There will be a particular little brother, one they cherished too deeply, whose loss shatters their will. Yet with therapy, they can made battle ready again.”

Power was stolen, not granted.
Fusion locked away, renewables banned, futures dictated by Jesuits and the Oracle.
The Authority’s grip is a cage — cold, calculated, absolute.
We do not romanticize war. We survive it.
Every strike is a calculation, every fracture a strategy.
We are the necessary chaos that disrupts their order.
Label us terrorists. We fight for a brighter future.
